SINGLE KING SUITES: Our first floors features two suites with comfy, king sized beds, living areas, an eat-in kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Consider this your home while you stage for a wedding, visit family in town, take a temporary work assignment or just stretch your legs in Camden.
DOUBLE-DOUBLE SUITES: The second and third floors of our Extended Stay Inn are split into 4 apartments, each equipped with two full-sized beds. They offer furnished living areas, eat-in kitchens, and ensuite bathrooms and make a great landing spot for traveling families or neighbors who need a place to stay while their home is being renovated.

POLICIES
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in begins at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Please bring a photo ID to your check-in. Give us a call on the first day of your stay to find out if your room is available for early check-in—if we’ve had the time to clean and prepare it, we’re happy to check you in early! Late check-out fees will be applied at $30/hour and check-out after 2pm will result in additional night charged to your bill. All check-ins and check-outs take place at the front desk at the Camden Riverhouse Hotel at 11 Tannery Lane.
BOOKING DEPOSIT: Reservations must be guaranteed with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. A deposit of 50% of your entire stay is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance for your stay will be due at check out.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations for the Extended Stay Inn are only accepted via phone. For reservations 1-5 nights, cancellations made at least 48 before check-in time will be refunded the booking deposit, less a $35 fee. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in time or no-shows will be charged for the entire stay booked. For reservations 6 nights or more, cancellations made 14 days prior to check-in time are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% the total stay. Any cancellation made less than 14 days in advance of check-in time or no-shows will be charged for the entire stay booked.
For any booking, failure to arrive on the confirmed arrival date will be considered a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled. Departing early will also be considered a last minute cancellation and you will be charged for the entirety of the stay.
PET POLICY: Dogs or any other pet are not permitted in the Extended Stay Inn. However, if you are looking for pet friendly accommodations in Camden, our main building, the downtown Camden Riverhouse Hotel, has limited dog-friendly rooms on the first floor.
NO SMOKING: We’re dedicated to a comfortable and clean stay for all our guests. Our property is therefore 100% smoke free, including rooms, lobbies and within 20 feet of any entrances to our property. Smoking includes: all smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, hookahs, incense, cigars, burning of candles, or any other device that emits smoke or vapor. Odors from any smoking source can be hard to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture. Guests will be asked to leave without reimbursement and assessed a minimum of $250 cleaning fee if it has been determined that they have been smoking or vaping in their room or any of the listed areas of the Inn.
HOUSEKEEPING: Our promise is to provide you with a fresh, clean room while also avoiding unnecessary use of natural resources. Housekeeping services are scheduled based on the number of nights you will be staying with us. For stays of 7 or more nights, one “full service” housekeeping is provided each week. Your check-in packet will include info on your scheduled housekeeping service day. Housekeeping does not include the washing of dishes.
FREE PARKING: Complimentary parking for the Extended Stay Inn is located in a gated lot approximately one block from the Inn. A parking card key will be provided at check-in. A lost key fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card if the key is not returned at check-out.
