This luxurious Camden Maine townhouse property is located on Tannery Lane next to the Camden Maine Riverhouse Hotel’s well-known footbridge. The building contains two King bedded Suites and a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom furnished luxury Townhouse. All of the units overlook the river, have decks, and access to the outdoors.

ROOM TYPES
3-Room Suites
Our 3-room luxury suites feature an individualized living room, a romantic bedroom with plush king size bed, an expansive designer bathroom, flatscreen TVs, and a curated selection of designer furniture and local art. These suites are available for 2 or more nights. All units are air-conditioned and contain electric fireplaces. These units are non-smoking and no dogs are allowed. Maximum occupancy per suite is 2. No children or infants. On-site parking for one car is available for each unit. In addition to the amenities directly on site, guests at the Townhouse also have access to the Camden Riverhouse Hotel when in season, between April and December. There you can enjoy our heated indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, and firepit with s’mores in the evenings.
Our 4-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom Apartment
The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of this property. It contains an open-concept living room, dining room, and a well outfitted kitchen with dishwasher, full sized refrigerator/freezer and stove. The unit also includes its own washing machine and dryer, and several decks on which guests can enjoy the view and watch the goings on in town. The Townhouse sleeps 8. There is one king bedded room, two queen bedded rooms, and room with two twin beds. In addition to the amenities directly on site, guests at the Townhouse also have access to the Camden Riverhouse Hotel when in season, between April and December. There you can enjoy our heated indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, and firepit with s’mores in the evenings.
POLICIES
Located across Tannery Lane from the Camden Riverhouse Hotel, this building contains two luxury King Suites and a luxury Townhouse. The Townhouse is available for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 28 days. Maximum occupancy is 8 adults, no children allowed. The townhouse is NON SMOKING and no DOGS/PETS are allowed.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be guaranteed with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. A deposit of 50% of your entire stay(Townhouse + lodging tax) is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance for your stay will be due at check-out.
Cancellations are ONLY accepted by phone. Cancellations for stays of one week or less are due 14 days prior to arrival. For stays of more than one week, cancellations are due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within the required cancellation deadline are subject to a cancellation fee is $25.00. In the event you do not arrive on the confirmed arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and room and tax for your entire stay will be charged to your credit card. Departing early will be regarded as a last-minute cancellation, and the guest will be charged room and tax for the entire stay. A minimum stay of two (2) nights is required for a stay in the townhouse at 8 Tannery Lane. Maximum occupancy for the apartment is 8 adults.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
For your security, a photo ID is required upon check-in to verify your reservation. To ensure rooms are ready for our arriving guests, we ask that you adhere to our policy of 11:00 am check-out. Late departures are subject to a fee which will be added to your bill. Check-in time is anytime after 3 pm and check-out time is by 11 am. If your room is vacant and clean prior to 3 pm, we’d be happy to check you in early. However, we do not guarantee an early check-in.
NO SMOKING AND PETS POLICY
Dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable and relaxing environment for both our guests and staff, 8 Tannery Lane is 100% SMOKE-FREE. We ask that all guests refrain from smoking in all rooms, on all balconies, and in common areas. Guests may be asked to leave without reimbursement and assessed a cleaning charge ($250 minimum) if it has been determined that they have been smoking in their room or other areas.
Dogs/Pets are NOT allowed at 8 Tannery Lane
